Satisfactory 1.0 Update

We are preparing to integrate Satisfactory's new dedicated server software into our system. Due to there being significant alterations to the game itself, as well as changes to the software we use to host the game, we are expecting some disruptions for existing Satisfactory clients.

After the update is pushed by the game developers at 3pmUTC/10amCDT on September 10th 2024, your server may power off, or otherwise disconnect, in order to retrieve the update. If it does not power off, it will need to be stopped before it can receive the update.

While we do not know for sure, and the game developers have not commented to this, it is possible that this update will require a full server reinstallation to work correctly due to significant changes to critical game files. We're hoping this isn't the case, but out of caution, you should download your server files before then. We have a guide explaining how to do that available in our Help Center.
